Account Set Up Issues
Hi everyone!
I have been trying for weeks to contact support regarding my account and they refuse to engage in an appropriate manner. I submitted my freelancer application more than 3 months ago and was declined as my location does not match my profile due to an issue with Apple iCloud Relay, which I have now corrected.
It has now been more than three months so I am able to resubmit my application, as detailed in all support articles. When I log in I receive a message that says to contact support to rectify the issues. I then contact support, they continuously send me an automated response that says "We're sorry that your application was not accepted" rather than reading my specific request.
Has anyone experienced this problem, how to I get someone to actually address my support request and have my profile updated so that it can be online?
