Proposal Credits Left is buggy

In the home page dashboard, I am seeing '-2 PROPOSAL CREDITS LEFT'. 

Clearly, it is a bug.

initially, I had '0 proposals left' . Then, I applied on 2 job invitations and it created this bug. 

Please fix it.
