Request for Verification of Job Proposal

Hi,

I recently received the following message after applying for a job on your platform:

"Your proposal has been approved. Please contact the director, [Aisha_safiyya], via Telegram at @Aisha_safiyya for further details."

This raised concerns as it asks me to communicate outside PPH and lacks specific job details. Could you verify if this message and the job post are legitimate or against PPH policies?
