I've forgotten the answer to my security question. Please help me out.

  Thank you for your message.

  Thank you for providing the proof. We have reset the security question so when you log in to your payments section you can choose your own question or select one from the drop down menu and enter the answer then save it.

  Hope your issue is resolved.
