FORGOTTEN THE SECURITY QUESTION'S ANSWER

Hello,
I have forgotten the answer I put as my security question to access payments. The one I am entering is correct to my knowledge but it is not accepting it. Don't know what is happening? can you help please?

  Thank you for your message.

  We have reset the security question so when you log in to your payments section you can choose your own question or select one from the drop down menu and enter the answer then save it.

  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
