Dear Sir
I'm sorry that your institution has not been able to answer me about the reasons regarding my job- account after more than Two weeks. This is a signal that shows these kinds of institutions are not reliable enough for their clients.
So as a Goodwill gesture, I give you 12 hours opportunity to inform me about the so called reasons, if not, I prefer to remove my profile from PPh.

I already contact you few times regarding payment i did.
I paid twice for the same job $50 extra.
Seller acknowledge the mistake and agree to pay me only $45 as he told me you charge him 5$
he said he will contact customer service to see how can i get refund. I never heard from him left him 3 times message. I see him online
That not correct. I am a loyal customer I rate him well and he did 3 jobs before for me. I also not happy with PPH customer service as I contact you few times here and all i got is "we are not responsible". This very upsetting and before i write a bad review you and the seller i wanted to resolve this issue nicely to give it another chance.

This is very strange why would he issue 2 invoices? can't he see that i already deposit money in escrow. or in other words why would i made mistake of paying twice? why would he issue twice invoice for same job?
I also try now to purchase hourly from another freelencer and its seem to go through as i clicked paid but then it bring again to pay?? whats is going on in your system or what am i doing wrong?? I try to see my payment but it does not show. In face earlier i bought another hourley freelencer and i don not see this transaction.
is there is any telephone customer service for PPH clients?
PLEASE HELP ME with those issue!

hello
i am a dubing director and trust the pph platform to work with mor than 2 years and i finished mor than15 projects in this plat form succesfully. my last seller cheating us and she damage our project and waisting our time.
she did nothing about dubbing and did not know the rules of this job but i trust to her platform and accepted her . but the file that she sent to us was awfull and when i asked tu recorrect the job she botheredme and you can see in our messages. now i should answer to my customer cause they trust us too. how i can complaint her . you can see all of details in our massages and a dubbing expert can control the file. she should be punished. after that i told her i will complaint you she blocked me or leave the plat form.

I placed an order for my website. My request was to revamp website simply, use my existing Contact Us form, and use the same fields etc, this was agreed and accepted by freelancer for GBP 45.00 to which I also agreed.
Initially was developed with few errors, which I asked the freelancer to fix it. But the Contact Us form was playing up, again I asked him to fixed, which was eventually fixed it. Then I got invoice for GBP 55.00, even though I had not agreed to this price, but I still paid it.
As soon as I paid the invoice, the website start playing up, images were scattered on the website, and the Contact US form was not working.
When I complained the freelancer fixed the images, but till today the Contact Us page is not working, now the a representative from PeoplePerHour is asking me to work with freelancer, and the freelancer is NOT DOING ANYTHING to fix the problem.
However he is accusing my hosting provider that their servers are not working. But I proved that the servers are working fine, I used thier website tool to create a simple Contact US page form.. including Newspaper Subscription, and all are working 101%.And now the freelancer has gone quiet and not doing anything to fix it!
Please DO NOT USE PEOPLE PER HOUR, WISH I HAD READ COMMENTS BEFORE I PLACED AN ORDER. BECAUSE THIER RATING IS APPALLING..
I AM FED UP WITH PEOPLEPERHOUSE TEAM!!!!
I WILL NEVER USE THIER SERVICES AGAIN!! -
