The Client requested a refund after he confirmed with me that he wouldn't.
I had a notice from PPH asking for me to either make the refund or file a dispute following a job back in September. I didn't think the client would receive the refund as he quoted "Given the work you have done I will not request a refund of the £60 escrow I gave" and I knew PPH look directly into the workstream to make a decision.
Is it possible to raise a dispute even if the client has already been refunded?
