Is this a scam?

Received the following from seller:

Hi,
I would like you to start with 2 listings so I can see that everything is good. You'll list on ebay Uk my industrial tools with a buy it now price. I'll pay you 5% commission for each machine that is sold and 10% as ebay fees. so if an item sells for £2500, you'll get £125 + £250 ebay fees. You will make an average of £400-£500 per week only from listing the machines + listing fees. Now if you think you can start the job, I will send you details and photos for 2 machines. just let me know if you can start working today.
