CANNOT WITHDRAW TO SKRILL EVEN THOUGH IT'S APPROVED!

Hello,

I cannot withdraw EURO from my PPH account to Skrill account even though it is approved. Notify me that "Still missing identification documents". 

Please help me that how I will add my identification documents. It's urgent for me.

I attach screenshot of my transaction condition.

  Go to Payment Settings > Withdrawl Accounts > Edit > Skrill > View 

   

  Then upload a scrrenshot of your skrill account. You will find more instructions and a sample there.
