Payment pending
Hi folks,
Firstly, it's really not good to not be able to make a quick phone call to you to resolve what should be a very simple matter.
I have a payment which I process at 13:40 yesterday for transfer to Paypal.
Your turnaround notice states 1 working day. From my experience, the later it gets, the more chance there is that something isn't right.
We're now almost 24 hours later and still nothing.
Can you look at this asap and get back to me (preferably using a telephone)
