My invoice not showing in workstream also dashborad not working properly

Hello All,

From Last weeks i am noticing that my dashboard not working well. 
And my recent invoice not showing in work-stream client says that he paid but on my side i am not able to see it.

my invoice id is  #1296061-4 Unpaid
