why did I lose pont upon refund

I just refunded some amount as part of a deal between me and client since she arranged the voice over of the job #1322927

her self!

so I had to return the amount!

when I did I received a message that "Bad News! you lost 79 points to refund to client"

i didn't do anything bad or illegal and just did what was necessary to make my client happy!

Please answer to what is that and how it work!

can it be reversed?
