Good afternoon,

So my girlfriend set up my account with you quite some time ago, which I have only started to need today.

However, she thinks she's funny and put my name as Jason Welly, when I'm actually Nathan Kelly (I guess the joke is the fact it rhymes? Yeah I don't get it either). I have tried to change my name manually but it is not allowing me to do so.

So that I can be taken professionally, its quite important that potential clients know me under my real name.

Can this please be changed manually?
