Work invoiced but not completed

Hi

 

I placed an order for some work with Social B. and I've been invoiced but the work hasn't been completed.

 

I've sent 3 emails through PPH chasing but received no response, I have also sent a email through their own website and tried to call their offices.

 

Please advise as I don't want you to release payment to this hourly.
