I cannot see messages from Buyers in WorkStreams

There are big issues with messages in WorkStreams! I cannot see messages from Buyers.
Could you solve this fast?

I have been having the same problem for weeks now and causing clients to get frustrated when there up to a 3hr delay for messages to come through to me!!!!!!
Im midway on a couple of time sensitive jobs and can't view the amends that clients require and so it looks like I have timekeeping issue as its causing delays.
