Increased number of scammers

Hey Everyone

Has anyone else noticed the increased number of scammers listing projects in the last week? I have sent numerous proposals only to receive identical responses all asking me to contact some clown via Telegram. I don't communicate with clients outside of the platform and I don't have a Telegram account. 

PPH Admin. Please implement stronger security when it comes to buyers registering accounts and posting scam projects. It is extremely frustrating to constantly waste time submitting proposals for projects, only to realize it's a scammer. Also, it becomes increasingly difficult to sift through the proposals when there are so many scams out there. 

If I recall, I had to be fully verified on PPH, especially because money is exchanged for services rendered. Shouldn't potential buyers also be properly screened?
