No receipt despite multiple requests
I need a VAT receipt for my payment. I have raised multiple tickets asking for one - each time I do I get a reply after some considerable time saying it will be long to reply due to high volumes. Then eventually I get an email saying due to technical issues the ticket has been cancelled and if I have the same issue to resubmit a ticket.
It should not be so hard to get a receipt it should be automatic! How do I get one?
