All the money missing

Hi there, I am facing an issue with funds. I withdrew funds from my PeoplePerHour account to my bank account on 19 Nov 2024 at 12:17:01 and as I can see "Withdrawal request (Completed)". But the funds have still not been in my bank account. I visited my bank branch, which is Called Dutch Bangla Bank Limited and I asked them why funds had still not been deposited to my bank account! They answered that they didn't know the reason. Lastly, they advised me to contact the People per Hour customer service center to help me.
I also opened multiple tickets for this issue from Dec 16, 2024, 05:02 GMT+2 and I didn't get solved yet.

Note: My bank account and Card are active and there is no issue with receiving funds.

My Questions is:

Where is all the money gone?

Why PeoplePerHour support center not replying me?
