Client wouldn't pay for fair finished work, issues refund - I accidentally clicked 'refund' instead of Dispute.
Hey
So a client, Antonio F from Berlin, got me to complete a massive project for him. All was fine but then he revealed he had found a "cheaper, foreign" freelancer willing to do the job at over half the price - this is after giving me the job, approving the proposal and placing funds in escrow.
I completed the work and then he became irate - misogynistic, racist, lots of things - also contacted me outside of PPH via email he had found on my online portfolio trying to make a dodgy deal. He asked for a refund and I've accidentally clicked 'refund' and he's ended the contract.
I am owed $400 from him and after emailing the support of PPH various times I have received no help whatsoever. I hope there is a way I can get this back, as I'm rightfully owed the money and he has all the work I did, now for free.
Is there anything I can do? I emailed the support centre a screenshot of the email he sent me (again rude and breaking the rules of PPH) but alas I'm the one out-of-pocket.
Thanks

Hello!
I'm not actually discussing this, I only received an email to say that my support request has been received and nothing else.
Would be great if you could help, he has all the work but is just ignoring me now (since the other day and the refund went back to him).
I also have a screenshot of an email he sent to me outside of the platform trying to "make a deal" there.
Thanks againHarriet
