Buyer not responding - what to do?
I am relatively new to PPH still. I'm making good money from it and enjoy most of the things about the platform.
I won a job for $150 on 1 November. The customer paid his deposit of $45.
I set an initial deadline of close of business Monday to get the first drafts over. Another job overran so I emailed the client asking if I could put it back to the following day. The customer sent a very friendly email saying that was absolutely fine.
I aimed to have them over for 12 noon on Tuesday but got them over eventually at 3.50pm.
The client hasn't been on PPH since 12.10 on Tuesday. I've emailed him a couple of times asking for feedback but got no response.
I'm sure he'll love the work I've done for him. I just need him to view it.
What would everyone recommend my next step is?
