Unable to view messages that I have received

Hello,

I am unable to view the messages I have been sent by clients. I only see a notification of the received message, along with the first couple of words in the notification panel, but when I open the discussion, I only see messages that I have written and not the messages I have received.

Please follow up on the issue!
