    Me too. I attached one file via the website and another via the mobile app. Was contacted to say nothing attached, checked and every single attachment is gone. If I can't complete a job I can't get paid... I've never been homeless before!!!!

    Yep, same problem for me. Im sure PPH must know about this as both my clients have the same problem, images disappearing.

    I've contacted the helpdesk but no reply to my messages since 9.49. I've got £200 pending, client can't see the files to release the payment.

    Hello! 

    I have been working on my project for three months and just today received the last piece of information to complete the job.  The buyer was on holiday and did not have email access or respond to my messages.  He sent the document from email to the information below, but I cannot open, save or retrieve it. Can you help me please? I really want to complete the project asap.

    He sent an email to me with this info that goes to People Per Hour on Google, but I cannot find the document anywhere.  Please help me with this asap.  If you could just open the document and send it to me that would be great.  I have never dealt with this before.

    This job turned out to be more complicated that I originally imagined and I wish to complete this and be done with it.

    the email attachments is not working. when i drag a file into the box provided, i get an error message that i cannot read because most of it is cut off. when i browse to a file and click "open", i get the same cut-off error message. please tell me how to attach files to my email to my freelancer.
