Can't see the message I was sent

Hello,

 

I sent a proposal on a job.

 

I received an notice saying that I had received a message. When I click on the relevant message icon, there is no message in the stream. I asked the client to send me the message again.

Sure enough, I received a message. When you see the first few words on the message icon at the top it says "I have resent...."

So I know that I have received another message but still can't see it

Can you let me know what I can do to get the message?

  Same thing happened to me. I received an email with a client's message, but there is nothing in the workstream...
  
  Edit: it eventually fixed itself..
