Paypal method is NOT VERIFIED even after 1 month

I have uploaded my Paypal details and screenshot of my Paypal profile page. But after one month my payment method rejected multiple times without any reason.

Can anyone help me to complete this verification process so that I can withdraw my fund from PPH account?
