Automated support email response
Hi,
I sent a question about this a few days ago but the reply I got was in reference to another question I asked!
So, I'm asking this again in the hope that I get a proper reply to it.
I have sent 3 emails to Support this week - the first being what I wanted to ask and the others trying to confirm that the first was received - and all of them have had an automated reply saying 'Welcome to PPH' and providing a link to login to the site. This is instead of the previous automated reply which said my question would be looked at and replied to asap.
It's obvious that the wrong auto reply is being sent out, but does this mean that the emails are being diverted into a junk folder or similar? I still haven't had a human reply to my emails.
Please can someone confirm that my emails (particularly the first one this week which is important) are being dealt with?
