Client asking refund by paypal

Hi,
One client ask me to do Image retouch for his photo, In starting point i said image is very small will not come out in good quality, and also ask for if she has any high quality image please send, but she has this only.

I said in morning i will submit the work, and next day she saw my work and also accept my invoice and also leave feedback "Excellent work" after 5-6 hours, she started saying i am cheating, and work not done properly. And started asking for refund for his amount, i send ok i will return the amount but you have to send me request for refund. for that she ignoring and today she send me her "PayPal" account to transfer the amount. or she will leave bad review on my work as she said.
she gave me time till Monday 21-11-2016 to refund her.
What action can i take on this."
