I put a request for a UK based company with experience of working with Brilliant Directories content management system and received contact from someone called Talal. I arranged to Skype him and went to the expense of bringing along a technical adviser only to find out that he's not based in the UK and doesn't have experience of Brilliant Directories despite telling me he had.

I won't be using PPH again if you can't control your sellers!
