Refund fees taken from Buyer even though jobs not started/completed?
Hi,
I've recently received a number of refunds as a result of sellers being unable to complete or even start tasks however have been charged 10%...
Surely refunds as a result of incomplete or not even starting work should not incur a fee - how do I claw these back?

I'm very sorry for this experience on the site. Rest assured, I have notified my payments team about this refund fee, they will process it on today to your PPH wallet then you can use them on the site to find another seller who can finish your Job or withdraw them to your account.
