Buyer can't pay invoice because the system doesn't work

Hi,

 

my buyer wants to pay his invoice but the system doesn't work. He has already informed you about this but I still don't have my money. The same with files: whenever I upload files peole cannot open them, same when buyer uploads files. Your system doesn't work, but you charge outrageous fees. And you reaction time to problems is out of this world. Hurry up and solve those problems, now, please!
