    I am not getting help with this and am therefore very frustrated.  

    Why is this person no longer active when they are supposed to be delivering a job for me that is marked incomplete. I WANT ANSWERS

    I paid a deposit to this person in good faith to do some work.  They are no longer a member of PPH apparently but the work hasn't been done.  There is no way for me to contact them because you have disabled their account.  What is the point of using people on your site if they are there one minute and gone the next with my money.  I need help resolving this otherwise I will have to take action
