Real Location

Hello,

 

I have had my application rejected three times due to not having my "real location" but I have entered my location as Charlotte Amalie, VI (Charlotte Amalie is a city in St Thomas, of the US Virgin Islands). Can someone please let me know how I can fix this error? Thanks so much
