Can't withdraw money

Hi!

I have 2 withdrawal accounts - Skrill and my bank account (not from USA). For Skrill it says "pending"??? And for my bank account it says "not confirmed"...So, when I want to withdraw money it says that Skrill will be removed from your platform and that I need to create a new withdrawal accoung...So I won't be able to use Skrill anymore? And when will my bank account be verified? Please reply soon, thanks!

  Also, when I'm making accounts at the end it says "one more step left - confirm your e-mail, we sent you a mail" and I never received any e-mail...I tried it like 10 times...Now I'm waiting for a reply from your team
