I can't find a proposal to marked as complete

Hi all, I have finished a job with someone and I cannot find the proposal I open with her (see the picture with the proposal 8602888).

I want to mark that proposal as complete so my seller can invoice me for the job she has done and then I can pay her. But I cannot find the proposal on my  "My buyer activity" so I cannot mark the job as complete. (I can find other jobs though!). 

Any suggestions on how to sort this out please?.
