Sellers Who decine jobs or accept then no contact!

I recently advertsied a job, it was a simple self explanatory request for some audiotyping, it was accepted but because of the file size restrictions, seller could not recieve so had to decline job, job is now in limbo somewhere with the refund! I could not close the job but had to raise another exact same one so I ould pss the job to someone else, I paid yet another fee to them and that waas the last contact i have recieved from them??? what is going on?? i feel like ive been ripped off twice by pph in the same day!

  you should send the seller a refund request , if this is cancellation then 10% will be deducted from refund, see terms page cancellation section.
