False advertising and do seller don't want to complete the job

Hi there,

 

can someone give me contact email address or phone number so I can get a full refund?

 

The guy is doing false adverting, and write misleading job descriptions and the demands more and more money!

 

Horrible experience.

 

Please help.

  If money is still in escrow send him a refund request from the same Workstream.

  Money are not in escrow anymore. 

  I didn't know that I should cancel when he raised invoices so after a while it went through by itself!

  Yes, if buyer doesn't pay or reject invoice within 7-15 days it will be auto paid, try to ask your freelancer politely to do what you are looking for , may be offer a little incentive... otherwise contact PPH from this same page , bottom right corner -orage/white cloud- click open new request.

  Well, it's not for me. Provider doesn't want to complete the job, I have no source files for it and basically, I'm left with nothing!

   

  I would like to get a full refund for this job. The guy is a fraud.

  Good Morning,

   

  Since 2 weeks I have been cheated by same seller with his 2 different accounts. He offers something to deliver but as an IT Expert when I question him he simple requests for a refund. With this issue my money is beind deducted
