Buyers details?

Can sellers click on a buyers details yet?

I have been requested to quote on a project by a buyer whom I believe is just fishing for costs? Why can I not click on his name to see his profile?

many people have queried this and I have read many responses from PPH but none of the responses have given a decent answer to why buyers details can't be clicked on?
