Admin Fee
Have just logged into my account and discovered that a previous refund that I requested has not been passed to me and I have been charged monthly! Why was I not emailed about this? Please refund immediately.

same happen to me and I cant find the page with the fees again. Are you doing this on purpose??
I have lost 30 minutes to find the page and another 10minutes to find a solution about that. It is unacceptable to take people's money without informing them via email.
I request an IMMEDIATE refund ASAP before I report you to the UK European Consumer Centre.
