REFUND IS A DRAG
Hi, latest issue: I have bought an hourlie and added the extra option all work delivered in one working day. I have bought it on Thursday and expect it on Friday offcourse. But Friday is almost gone and haven't heard anything from the PPH artist, so I request a refund. Computer says no :-) I have to wait 48 hours? and then again 3 days before I get my money back. This happend to me several times, but also the delivery of really poor work, no reaction at all from sellers and so on...
In my opinion PPH should protect it's buyers better, garanty a higher level of quality work from sellers and act more adequate when it comes to service, control and mediate between buyers and sellers.
