I want to chenge my profile name, but the PPH team not response!

I have contacted the PPH team about to change my profile name to my real name before 2 month ago. but no one reply to me.

I want everyone to believe, This is the worst team I ever seen in my life.

I will complain about them to the law. I'm sorry, but truth is truth!

  I have been trying to do the same thing. Customer support is horrid on this site. Been waiting awhile now for help. Very UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me.

  I was invited to “bid” (I guess) on a job. I submitted the req’d info. Then, the client emailed me saying to reach out to the supervisor. Weird…
