Missing payments with no response

Hi I have raised a ticket and haven’t received a response for over two weeks as the funds in my account have disappeared without me withdrawing them. Is there an escalation procedure? How long will a response take? I have tried to give grace but i am getting worried now and would like a response asap

  Have you left them a long time? Or paid for a promotion of your offer or profile?

  Yes I had left it a while, but had reasons for doing so. But I knew it was there. No payments for any promotions.
