Will it considered qualified if I bill 500 USD?

Hi, I've failed to pass the qualification period but one of my proposal was accepted and I started working on it in the meantime. Then my 3 months period ended up and I longer can access the freelancer benifits. Now if I extend the period for 1 month and then bill my that existing customer to 500 USD, will that considered? As PPH says, in the period, I need to complete at least 2 projects (or Offers), with 4* rating or above, or bill an aggregate of $126.45. My confusion is as the proposal was accepted earlier, not after I extend the period, will it be considered or not?
