Crickets from Support
Has anyone EVER received a response from support for issues pertaining to security answer or needing to correct a name?
Been crickets on my end, just waiting, waiting, and even more waiting. The only two responses I got were to ask me for my ID. Like, did they not see the attachment the first time? I am starting to think support doesnt exist for this site.
Extremely unprofessional in the lack of response. They do realize that without us designers, they wouldn't be in business right?
I cant get paid for a project until they fix my issue. Something doesnt add up.
