Offer description won’t pass moderation
Hello Community Members,
I have seen many comments about offers not passing the moderation. My offer was also removed because and I find it very frustrating. The generic emails PPH sends to justify their decision are useless and to be honest, it's disrespectful as most of us are experts in our fields. Does PPH team have experts specialising in services offered by freelancers? If not, I would like to understand what qualifies them to reject the description of an offer.
On the other hand, I receive daily multiple scams/project invitations and struggle to understand why freelancers have to go through an unhelpful moderation practice while sellers can send poorly written and unsuitable project invitations.
I sent an angry email to PPH so I guess it will be ignored, but wanted to see how others are dealing with this and wonder if anyone received a specific feedback regarding an offer description and why it was declined.

I have had a well established Excel VBA programming offer for years and sold dozens of it. But, a few days ago when checking, it disappeared. Apparently PPH has removed it without notifying me at all. I contacted the customer service and got an automatic response that they will reply within 24 hours, but even after 4 days I have still not received any human response.
Due to the current global economic crisis there are very few genuine new projects, people and companies don't have much money to spend. It looks like this is how PPH is trying to get rid of unwanted freelancers. They think that with fewer freelancers they will make more profits, which is clearly wrong.
If they drive away professional freelancers who deliver quality products and service, they will only reduce the platform into low quality dabbler service, and then no buyers will come here anymore for quality service. Even those buyers still here will leave and PPH can close the shutter for good.
