I don't know how to deliver the order?

I got my first sale, and I have delivered the job (drawing commission), but I don't know how to get it released, or marked as complete.

I tried the invoice, but it won't let me, it asks me to add documents, but they are still under review, the customer is waiting 

what can I do?

  Is there money in the Escrow system?

  Yes, the customer has already made the deposit as security, as I heard, I need to send an invoice, and as soon as the customer accepts it, the order is marked as complete, but I can't do it.
