Urgent Complaint Regarding Unresolved Payment Method Issue & Unfair Disqualification

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of response and professionalism regarding my ongoing issue with attaching a payment method. I have been submitting complaints since last month, seeking resolution to generate invoices for my clients. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received automated ticket numbers, with no real assistance or action taken.
Your emails repeatedly assured me that someone would reach out within 24 hours, yet no one ever contacted me. Now, instead of resolving the issue, I have received a notice of disqualification. This is entirely unfair, as I had already paused taking on new projects for the past month, anticipating a resolution that never came.
I am attaching screenshots with timestamps as evidence of my attempts to seek support. I urge you to review this matter urgently and provide a fair resolution.
