Its been 2 months since PPH Support is not responding to my request

Hello Support Team,

Please respond asap.

I withdraw my payments from PPH via Bank Transfer and for Bank Tranfer the fee is $29.99 to withdraw.

5 days ago I have withdrawn total payment of $139.83 via Bank Transfer. So, if you subtract $29.99 from $139.83, its $109.84

So, in my bank account, I should have received $109.84

However, it seems like PPH has deducted twice time bank transfer fee and Instead of $29.99, PPH has deducted $59.98 at the time of withdrawal.

Please let me know if PPH has mistakenly charged 2 times withdrawal fee and how i will get back my money ?

  Was it multiple withdrawals you made or just one?

  No I am not but check your transactions on the payment page - it will show the fee deducted for the withdrawal.
