Referral Fee Not Applied – Need Clarification
Hi PPH Community,
I referred a client using my referral link under the 0% commission scheme, but I am still being charged service fees. The client signed up using my link, accepted the proposal, and funded the escrow, yet support says the process wasn’t followed correctly—without explaining what went wrong.
According to section 8.3.3 Eligibility (https://www.peopleperhour.com/static/terms), I have met all the criteria. If something was incorrect, shouldn’t PPH’s system validate it upfront?
Has anyone else faced this issue? How was it resolved?
