Not getting email notifications of messages sent from designers

I'm not getting email notifications of messages sent through to me by designers. This means have to constantly log onto the platform to check which is time consuming. How can I resolve this so that I receive email notifications on any messages sent?

  Don't think you can.  On settings there is a tick box thing for essential, and nice to have info - but I've tried them all and notifications just do not come through anymore.  I've missed out on direct messages for projects.  Have to keep checking on phone all the time. This site just isn't monitored properly anymore, I'm afraid.  They don't even reply to these messages.

  Same here, not had any emails from PPH for years. The site's just broken.
