My Freelancer Application is not approved warning But I got the Profile has been accepted to Email today

Hi

Today, my email said, "Your profile has been accepted."

But I still can't do the Application for Job because this warning is coming up: "You cannot sell service until we have approved your application," / "You can't send a proposal since your Freelancer Application is not approved." 

What should I do now !! 

Please help me!
