Client has been unavailable and hasn't approved my invoice
So, I have completed a task for a client on People Per Hour. I have also raised the invoice, which was last week Friday (March 28, 2025). Client is either unavailable or uses silly stalling methods like "I haven't had time to review the work. I will do so, please". Note, it will take less than an hour review the project. It's been two weeks now.
Also, I thought once you raise an invoice, the client has seven days to either approve it or raise a dispute. If they do nothing within that time, the system automatically releases the payment from escrow. I raised the invoice last Friday, and yet the funds haven't been released to me.
Please what do I do because in recent times, I have noticed PPH customer does nothing to address concerns. They respond to your email after a week and it is another excuse of many tickets they have to attend to.
